MyTime implemented customizable service settings, online booking with pre‑pay, automated reminders and in‑app client messaging, eliminating no‑shows and missed communications. In four months Perfectly Done 4 U recorded 193 online bookings, 111 unique clients, $34,400 in revenue and 65% new-client bookings, allowing Jovan to expand from solo work to adding three new staff.
