Organic Chicken Farm Breeds Success with Online Route Planning

Freerange Ltd., an Israeli organic chicken farm, produces antibiotic- and hormone-free poultry and delivers fresh products nationwide. To maintain freshness and service quality they needed a faster, more reliable way to plan multi-stop delivery routes than the manual map-based process their staff had been using.

In mid-2017 Freerange adopted MyRouteOnline to create and edit 1–2 routes weekly with 15–25 stops each, importing and exporting addresses via Excel and printing directions or using the app for navigation. The automated planner made routes easy to update, increased flexibility, and saved about 1–2 hours per route, reducing costs and improving delivery efficiency.
