When the New Zealand Ministry of Justice reorganized in 2014, senior business advisor Robert Hart and his team suddenly had nation-wide responsibilities for enforcing unpaid civil debts and court fines. Field staff were generating about 50 changing routes a week — each with 45–100 stops across a 268,021 sq. km area — and needed a simple, affordable way to produce effective daily routes.
The ministry adopted MyRouteOnline: staff export addresses from their work manager into Excel, upload them to the route generator, and drivers follow the optimized itineraries in the MyRoute app. The solution delivered significant time savings, removed the burden of sat-nav maintenance, and was backed by responsive customer support during the transition.
