Atlantic Metro Communications Moves Up to Tintri Storage

Atlantic Metro Communications, a managed infrastructure service provider, was struggling with poor storage performance and difficult-to-manage NetApp environments for its VMware vSphere workloads, including Windows RDS, Exchange, Oracle, and custom applications. With help from Myriad Supply, the company evaluated a more enterprise-ready NFS option and chose Tintri VMstore T820 systems.

Myriad Supply helped Atlantic Metro implement Tintri’s VM-aware storage platform, which delivered SSD-like performance with lower-cost capacity and much simpler VM-centric management. The results included faster application performance, elimination of about 20 hours of storage management per month, and a reduction in deployment time from days to less than an hour.
