Arcadia Valley R-II School District, a campus-based school district in Ironton, Missouri, was using 11 MFPs across multiple buildings and a single Windows Print Server, and needed a printing solution that fit its budget while adding secure print release and Chromebook printing. MyQ implemented secure print release with authentication, including guest account mode, and enabled managed Chromebook printing without drivers.
