DZP, the largest Polish law firm, needed a better way to manage a heterogeneous printing environment that was costly, inefficient, and not secure enough for sensitive client data. MyQ stepped in with its MyQ X print management solution to simplify printing and scanning across the firm.

MyQ implemented centralized, user-friendly print and scan management with secure ID card login, dashboard administration, and Secured Link scanning. This reduced IT involvement, improved reliability, and increased security while lowering network traffic by sending large scans through the MyQ server; MyQ also enabled advanced project reporting so DZP could track printing costs by client project and bill more accurately.
