Case Study: Kujalleq Municipality achieves €13,500 in annual savings with Inu:IT and MyQ print management

Kujalleq Municipality, one of Greenland’s four municipalities, needed better control over print activity across its three offices and was also dealing with the cost of over-ordering consumables. MyQ, working with local IT firm Inu:IT, addressed the challenge with a new printing fleet and Kyocera Net Manager powered by MyQ.

Inu:IT deployed 28 new Kyocera devices, including 11 Ecosys and 17 Taskalfa units, all equipped with ID readers for secure authentication and job tracking. With automatic print reporting and clearer consumables monitoring, Kujalleq Municipality expects to save over 100,000 DKK, or about €13,500, per year, while reducing paper waste, improving security, and increasing efficiency.
