Caring for print services at St. Luke's Hospice

St. Luke’s Hospice in Essex needed a safer, easier printing setup that would protect confidential patient and end-of-life documents, reduce IT support burden, and support staff who move between sites. With MyQ, they looked for a secure print management solution that could fit their budget and be simple enough for users with limited technical experience.

MyQ, working with partner ASL, implemented Kyocera devices with MyQ X print management software and pull printing. Staff could release jobs securely from any device using a PIN, which improved document security, reduced the risk of confidential papers being left at printers, and lowered print and material waste. The customizable MyQ interface also made adoption easier for staff, while the new flexibility let employees print from any office location.
