Tri County Care, a care provider supporting residents with developmental challenges across New York, needed to better protect sensitive patient records and improve unreliable connectivity between branch offices and headquarters. They worked with MyQ to strengthen print security and support their distributed environment.

MyQ added 43 Kyocera devices with MyQ software, including pull printing, secure print, and scanning, plus master and site servers for failover support. This restricted access to patient records to authorized employees, improved compliance with U.S. HIPAA health regulations, and reduced printing disruptions when the WAN was unavailable.
