Atlas Concrete, a long-established Auckland concrete supplier with five divisions and nine branches, was focused on improving health and safety performance across a large and growing operation. To better manage incidents, injuries, and safety priorities, the company implemented myosh Safety Management Software.

With support from myosh, Atlas Concrete was able to import five years of historic incident data, simplify reporting, and improve communication through instant notifications and dashboards. The results were significant: LTIFR fell 72% from 40.9 to 11.4 in one year, LTI rates dropped from 26% to 7%, near-miss reporting rose from 16% to 39%, and incident reporting across sites increased threefold, showing stronger engagement and better visibility of safety issues.
