Western District Health Service (WDHS), an Australian health and community provider operating across five rural health organisations and another five hospitals, needed more than its existing NewPay/Peruse payroll system could offer. Its HR functionality no longer met the organisation’s needs, and WDHS was looking for a solution that could bring together Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance, Rostering, and Employee Self Service.
MYOB provided WDHS with MYOB PayGlobal, including Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance, and Rostering, creating a more complete employee management tool. The implementation reduced manual processing, inefficiencies, and double handling, while improving reporting accuracy and giving managers better information for decision-making and overall performance. WDHS also processes 750 payslips, and the integrated system helped streamline that workload.
