Setpoint, a New Zealand building automation and energy management provider, was struggling with an outdated Concord system that lacked real-time functionality, had very limited reporting, made data export difficult, and came with poor support. After an earlier partial move to MYOB Exo Business for its Sales Division, the company looked to MYOB and its Exo Business product to replace the legacy setup and better support its growing needs.

MYOB, working with implementation partner Focus, rolled out MYOB Exo Business across Setpoint’s offices, delivering a single integrated system with stronger GL functionality, custom reporting, easier data extraction, and more automation. The result was reduced data entry time, improved usability for staff, and a more flexible platform that could adapt to changing requirements and support future growth.
