The Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital Foundation, the charity arm of Queensland’s largest hospital, needed a better way to manage growing complexity as funds and causes expanded. Using MYOB Advanced, the Foundation wanted greater transparency over donations, clearer oversight across more than 400 sub-accounts, and less reliance on time-consuming spreadsheets and manual reporting.

MYOB implemented MYOB Advanced in the cloud, giving the Foundation live reporting, sub-account tracking for each cause, easy access to supporting documents, and more flexible payroll and permissions controls. The result was a major reduction in admin, with manual management reporting that once took two weeks of full-time work each month now generated at the click of a button, freeing staff to focus on more valuable work and strengthening donor trust.
