Riley Industrial and Marine Sales (RIMS), a specialized engineering business in Hobart, Australia, needed to modernize its accounting and jobbing processes. Using Attache alongside a third-party jobbing system had become slow and unreliable, with updates taking up to 40 minutes, limited support in Tasmania, and poor visibility across branches and workshops.
MYOB, through MYOB Exo Business and partner Axsys, implemented a rebuilt, single-platform system tailored to RIMS’ needs. The result was faster processing, centralized data, better cost visibility and reporting by workshop and work in progress, and easier tracking of costs from quote to invoice. RIMS also gained a flexible system it can configure itself, reducing the need to replace software every few years.
