Paramount Services, a New Zealand commercial cleaning and property maintenance franchise serving about 1,000 clients, needed a stronger system to support rapid growth. Its legacy accounting package lacked the functionality and control required for a fast-expanding, service-based business with complex, multi-step workflows. MYOB’s Greentree ERP was selected to provide the broader capabilities Paramount needed.

MYOB implemented Greentree ERP with Workflow and an eService portal to centralize information, monitor service steps, and give customers real-time online access to requests and transactions. The system supported aggressive expansion, including four acquisitions in under four years and a doubling of sales over the same period. Paramount also credited MYOB Greentree with helping win a five-year national contract worth $10 million by demonstrating stronger quality control and service management to prospective clients.
