MYOB Greentree was implemented as a central ERP platform, integrating maintenance data with CHL’s tenancy accounting system and replacing spreadsheets with a single online database. The result was faster, more accurate reporting, stronger forecasting and planning, and improved contractor and tenant service. Consolidated quarterly reports now take a day instead of a week, and CHL can process tens of thousands of purchase orders annually while supporting new services like a national tenant call centre.
