National Dental Care - Customer Case Study

National Dental Care, an Australia-wide network of more than 50 dental practices, needed an ERP system that could handle complex financial management requirements without the burden of heavy IT infrastructure. MYOB, through MYOB Greentree Software as a Service, was brought in to provide a cloud-based solution that could support the company’s growing operations and integrate with its specialist management systems.

MYOB implemented a clinic-based SaaS configuration of Greentree, including the Financial Reporting Engine in Excel, to automate processes, improve reporting accuracy, and streamline data handling. The results were significant: National Dental Care now processes 8,000 to 10,000 transactions each month, has expanded to 50 clinics and more than 400 staff, and grew its finance function from three people serving five clinics to just six people supporting the larger business.
