MYOB Greentree adds big value for produce grower

A.S. Wilcox, a family-owned New Zealand grower and distributor of potatoes, carrots and onions, needed a better way to handle complex batch tracking, grower payment calculations, and fast order processing across multiple sites. The company had been relying on manual work and an Access database for sales reporting and payments before using MYOB Greentree.

MYOB implemented Greentree ERP, along with eDocs and Workflow desktops, to centralize reporting, automate calculations, and reduce paper-based AP processes. The result was streamlined reporting through Excel, greatly reduced data-entry errors, easier tracking of sales orders and invoices, and virtually eliminated AP paperwork, while preserving historical data when classifications changed.
