Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia, working across 13 independent House Chapters, needed a better way to manage accounting and reporting. With each chapter keeping its own accounts and using different practices, MYOB’s previous system made consolidation slow, manual, and difficult, taking up to eight weeks to produce a single report.
MYOB implemented MYOB Exo, integrated with Exceed CRM, MyStaffInfo, and Phocas, and deployed in the cloud to centralize reporting while preserving chapter-level control. The result was a standard chart of accounts, consistent accounting practices, live access to financial data, automated invoicing and payroll, and reporting that now takes minutes instead of weeks, with improved transparency and efficiency across all chapters.
