A MYOB Case Study
Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA), the peak national organisation for Australians affected by breast cancer, needed a more flexible finance system as the charity grew and its fundraising, reporting, and project management requirements became more complex. Its existing Exo system could no longer handle the detailed reporting and project-level breakdowns needed for donors, board members, and internal teams. BCNA turned to MYOB Advanced from MYOB to support its evolving needs.
MYOB implemented MYOB Advanced as a cloud-based platform with strong reporting, integration, and sub-account capabilities. The solution integrated with Salesforce CRM to reduce manual data entry and improve audit trails, while enabling detailed project costing and drill-down reporting across revenue streams, events, programs, sources, and funders. As a result, BCNA gained faster access to accurate information, better revenue control, lower infrastructure costs, and a future-proof system that supports growth and more transparent reporting.
