Ryman Healthcare, a major retirement and aged care provider in New Zealand and Australia, needed a better way to manage its increasingly complex financial operations as it grew across 30 companies and a large construction division. The company was relying on spreadsheets and multiple separate supply ledgers, making financial management time-consuming, difficult to reconcile, and overly manual.

MYOB implemented MYOB Greentree ERP to centralize Ryman Healthcare’s supply ledger and job cost management, tightly integrating financial, construction, purchasing, and subcontractor reporting. The result was streamlined administration, stronger reporting, and major efficiency gains; Ryman said that without the integrated features, it would need about five more full-time staff, and MYOB Greentree has continued to support the company’s tenfold growth over more than a decade.
