Landells Signs, a long-established Australian manufacturing and retail signage company, needed a more accessible system than Sage Line 100 to support its growing business. The finance team found the old platform too accounting-focused for wider staff use and wanted better reporting, more flexibility in job handling, and a single place to manage job information. MYOB’s EXO Business was shortlisted as the replacement.
MYOB, working with enterprise partner Exoserv, implemented EXO Business and migrated Landells’ data in just a couple of days. The new system simplified navigation, combined job costing and accounting, improved cross-department communication, and gave management better visibility through flexible reporting. Landells said the change cut business administration workload by about 50% and made it much easier to track responsibility, resolve issues, and monitor performance.
