Hume Rural Health Alliance - Customer Case Study

Hume Rural Health Alliance, which supports 17 public hospitals and about 5,000 employees across north-east Victoria, needed to replace a payroll system after its previous provider stopped supporting it. The organization looked for a solution with a strong track record in Victorian public hospitals, better management and employee information, and streamlined payroll and HR processes, and selected MYOB PayGlobal.

MYOB implemented MYOB PayGlobal HR, Payroll, Rostering, and Time & Attendance via an in-house ASP across 16 sites in just three and a half months, rolling out the hospitals in four groups. The project went live on time with all employees paid and no major issues, and Hume Rural Health Alliance reported streamlined processing, improved labour cost analysis, and stronger reporting.
