A MYOB Case Study
Allure Bathrooms, a Melbourne-based importer, distributor, and retailer of bathroom supplies, was outgrowing its basic systems as it expanded from a single store to four showrooms and a larger distribution centre. Using MYOB AccountRight Premier, then TradeGecko with Xero integration, the business faced syncing issues, manual Excel-based purchase orders, and difficulty managing separate companies and increasing stock complexity. MYOB was the vendor behind the solution, with MYOB Advanced identified as the product that could better support growth.
MYOB implemented MYOB Advanced across Allure Bathrooms’ stores and warehouse, adding custom fields, stock warnings, and user restrictions, plus inter-branch stock mapping to move inventory and manage multiple warehouses more effectively. The result was greater automation, faster purchase order processing, better visibility over partial shipments and payments, and tighter control over pricing and margins. The case study says MYOB Advanced has provided “the groundwork for future growth” and saved significant time on daily purchase orders, while making operations “much easier, much more automated.”
