Hentley Farm, an Australian boutique winery with operations spanning grape growing, bottling, warehousing, a restaurant, and a cellar door, had outgrown its old MYOB AccountRight Premier system. The business was relying on spreadsheets and manual workarounds to track stock and produce reports, leading to errors, low confidence in the numbers, and slow month-end reporting.

MYOB implemented MYOB Advanced to create a single, integrated ERP system with live data across the business, including inventory, payroll, and reporting, and customisation for Australia’s WET tax. The results were significant: reporting time was cut from days to button-push speed, full management reports could be completed in about a day instead of up to five, errors were largely eliminated, and inventory visibility improved customer service and efficiency.
