General Practice Training Tasmania, a not-for-profit organisation training general practitioners across Tasmania, needed a better way to manage numerous cost centres, produce monthly board and funding reports, and streamline a paper-heavy approvals process. With MYOB and its MYOB Greentree product, the organisation wanted to replace manual spreadsheet work and cumbersome document handling with a more integrated approach.

MYOB Greentree provided reporting, workflow approvals, WebView access, and integrated fixed assets to automate processes and improve visibility across the organisation. As a result, GPTT reports became much easier to extract and update, paperwork was slashed, approvals were automated, and cost centres could be updated more easily; Tricia Minck also reported saving hours of work and resolving reconciliations faster, with less risk of manual error.
