Codecom, an Australian telecommunications equipment supplier and manufacturer, was growing fast but struggling with inefficient processes across two platforms: MYOB AccountRight and Excel. This created manual, time-consuming work, limited visibility across operations, and made it harder to manage stock, purchase orders, invoices, and customer pricing. MYOB was the vendor, and the product implemented was MYOB Advanced.

MYOB, working with BusinessHub, implemented MYOB Advanced as a cloud-based ERP solution tailored to Codecom’s needs, including advanced stock management, customer special pricing, CRM, and a customer portal. The rollout included business diagnostics, data migration, beta and pilot testing, training, and post-go-live support. The result was streamlined processes, better inventory and pricing accuracy, improved visibility and decision-making, and a new invoice structure that reduced days to pay and improved cash flow.
