Cardinal Logistics, a New Zealand third-party logistics provider, was struggling with outdated, disconnected systems that relied on manual data entry, spreadsheets, and file-based claims handling. As the company grew to around 400 staff and handled massive warehouse and transport operations, it needed a more integrated way to manage logistics, reporting, and financial control. MYOB’s Greentree ERP was selected to replace the legacy setup and support the business as it scaled.

MYOB implemented Greentree with integrated functionality for supply chain and financial management, plus reporting, job costing, and eService for online claims. The solution eliminated much of the manual work, improved site and financial reporting, decentralised management control, and gave customers faster responses and better visibility. Cardinal Logistics also gained profitability insights on its truck fleet, helping inform make/lease/sell decisions and saving significant money through better information.
