Arcadia, an IT consultancy and distributor of high-end EIZO LCD monitors, needed a better business management system to replace a mix of MYOB Premier, spreadsheets, and manual “in-the-head” tracking that could not handle its increasingly complex stock, warranty, and sales processes. The business wanted a single, more efficient way to manage time- and cost-sensitive operations across multiple customer groups and industries, and selected MYOB Exo Business.

MYOB, working with Kilimanjaro Consulting, implemented MYOB Exo Business and helped Arcadia tailor workflows, reporting, and user access to fit the business’s needs. The new system eliminated spreadsheets, improved integration and visibility, and made reports more actionable for managers. Arcadia estimates the change saved at least 15 man hours per week per position, while also improving operational efficiency and control over stock, demos, warranties, and sales processes.
