Abode Living, Australia’s leading manufacturer of luxury bed linen, needed a better way to manage stock, customers, retail sales, and its fast-growing website. Previously, its point-of-sale system wasn’t connected to online orders or customer records, making it hard to keep information consistent across channels. MYOB, using MYOB Exo Business, was brought in to provide an all-in-one solution.

MYOB implemented Exo Business in stages, starting with the retail side and then scoping the manufacturing side, with support from BizPro. The system connected the website to live stock and customer data in real time, reduced double handling, enabled custom reports, and improved stock control and functionality. Abode Living also reported that staff became confident using the system in about three months, and the business gained greater confidence in its figures and ability to customize going forward.
