Tarmac’s traffic management division was hindered by a paper-based workflow that led to lost job packs, safety and compliance risks, inaccurate on-site records and disputed invoices. To tackle this, Tarmac selected MyMobileWorkers’ digital platform to replace paper job sheets and enforce consistent, auditable data capture on operatives’ Android devices.

MyMobileWorkers adapted and rolled out the platform (full roll-out in about 2 weeks), enabling enforced digital job sheets, RAMS, vehicle checks and photographic defect reporting. As a result Tarmac removed ~80,000 pieces of paper per year, saved roughly 80 hours per week in travel/meetings, sped up defect repairs, improved invoicing and BSI audit compliance, and reduced withheld payments.
