Enviroshred, a confidential document destruction company serving Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, faced a time-consuming compliance challenge: every waste collection required a waste transfer note (WTN) and they were filling out carbon copies up to 10 times a day, re-keying paperwork back at the office and storing paper WTNs in boxes for the required three years. To remove duplication and meet Environment Agency regulations they turned to the MyMobileWorkers system after seeing it at an exhibition.

MyMobileWorkers implemented its workforce management software to create electronic WTNs, allow drivers to record job information in real time, and enable remote job allocation based on drivers’ locations. As a result Enviroshred saves about one hour of administration per day, can pick up more jobs, access WTNs instantly for customer queries, reduce paper and fuel use, and operate more responsively and professionally.
