South West Computer Recycling, a Wellington-based computer and equipment disposal specialist, faced rapid growth but relied on manual, paper-based job and inventory processes that caused errors and threatened scalability. To fix this they adopted MyMobileWorkers’ mobile workforce management software in December 2017 to digitize job capture and inventory management.
MyMobileWorkers was rolled out to operatives and office staff within weeks and now manages equipment collection, compliance, vehicle tracking, inventory and electronic Waste Transfer Notes (with customer signatures and time‑stamps). As a result, South West Computer Recycling achieved 100% job completion, eliminated paper processes, saved about 1 hour of administration per day, improved inventory accuracy and realised a clear return on investment.
