Sass, a New Zealand business consultancy founded by Lisa Johnston that serves several hundred clients, needed a way to add client value and provide 24/7 support without increasing staff hours or costs. MyHub Intranet built and implemented a central, permission-controlled extranet (branded by Sass as “Ysite”) hosting training videos, templates, FAQs and private client folders, and provided site setup and training so Sass could self-manage.
