Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, a national restaurant and catering chain with over 320 locations, needed a low-touch way to track billable hours and time spent by its field quality inspectors at franchise locations while supporting team hierarchies and customizable access and reporting. myGeoTracking was chosen to provide a mobile employee management solution, including the myGeoTracking Agent™ app and a web-hosted scheduled auto-tracking and rules program.
myGeoTracking deployed the Agent app on inspectors’ smartphones (via existing MDM) and a web-based dashboard that records arrivals/departures, aggregates time at each franchise, and sends scheduled real-time reports to managers. The myGeoTracking solution delivered improved employee accountability and productivity, live country-wide visualization of stores and teams, streamlined payroll management with significant cost reductions, and higher service quality with no training burden for inspectors.
