Dusit Buncha Resort, a solar-powered boutique property on Koh Tao, needed a reliable hospitality system that did not require an on‑site server because of its remote, solar‑dependent location. The resort engaged mycloud Hospitality for a cloud‑based hospitality platform (PMS with integrated POS, e‑distribution, social media and marketing capabilities) to provide easy, serverless access and better operational control.

mycloud Hospitality implemented the solution in two phases—bringing the PMS live first and then configuring POS, e‑distribution and marketing—allowing the resort to go fully operational within four days. The cloud system delivered anywhere login, automation, custom MIS and digitalized communications; as a result management can control group processes remotely, rate parity issues were resolved, staff and guests are happier, and daily operations run faster with meaningful analytics and essential reports.
