Impact, a UK multi-channel contact centre and business process outsourcer, faced productivity losses and security risk as agents logged in and out of multiple legacy desktop and cloud applications and frequently forgot passwords. To address this, Impact implemented My1Login’s Single Sign-On (SSO) solution to secure credentials and streamline access across client systems.

My1Login’s SSO (integrated with Active Directory and able to work without direct connectors to target apps) hides and centrally manages credentials, auto-authenticates commonly used applications, and can lock access by IP. As a result, Impact reduced forgotten-password incidents, sped up logins—saving each employee about 30 minutes per week—improved client data assurance, and gained support for ISO27001 preparation.
