Travis Credit Union has seen stellar results with digital money management from MX

Travis Credit Union, the 13th largest credit union in California with more than $2.5 billion in assets and 177,000 members, needed a way to help members view accounts across institutions, budget, track spending and prioritize debt paydown. To meet that challenge, Travis Credit Union partnered with MX Technologies to deploy MyInsight, a digital money management tool that consolidates accounts and provides spending visualization, budgeting and goal-setting features.

MX Technologies’ MyInsight went live on September 15, 2016 and drove rapid engagement: 93% adoption within six weeks, over 700,000 visits to the MyInsight spending wheel, 8,000 users linking external accounts, and active users averaging 16.3 sessions in the first six weeks. Supported by digital, social and in-branch marketing, MX Technologies helped Travis members use the credit union as a financial hub and markedly increased member engagement and financial visibility.
