Marketing Efforts Increase Engagement and Lead to Tangible Results

BECU, the fourth largest credit union in the U.S., needed to make member communications more relevant and to incorporate AI/ML into its marketing stack to boost engagement and financial outcomes. To do this, BECU partnered with MX Technologies, leveraging MX’s API and MX (Helios) mobile app alongside Amplero on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to cleanse, categorize, and feed high-quality transactional and analytic data into its campaigns.

MX Technologies’ data integration enabled Amplero to orchestrate personalized, high-volume campaigns and real-time optimization; as a result BECU now sends roughly 50,000 targeted emails per day (1.5 million per month), tracks responses in near real-time, and has seen up to a 10% lift in loan applications and improved overall member engagement. MX Technologies’ solution also paves the way for phase two, injecting ML-driven marketing content into the MX-powered mobile app for further gains.
