m-wise implemented an app-based solution using its white-label loyalty app, which featured a built-in scanner for customers to easily earn points. This provided Velder with vital first-party data and a direct communication channel for personalized marketing. The successful program, called De Rode Zegel Club, won the Loyalty Industry Innovation Europe award at the European Loyalty Awards 2025, significantly elevating Velder's market position.
