Brazos County Courts modernizes courthouse wayfinding with Mvix’s 13-player digital signage network

Brazos County Courts, a judicial hub in southeastern Texas, faced challenges with outdated paper notices and static displays that caused visitor confusion and inefficiencies. They partnered with vendor Mvix and a local A/V provider to implement a modern digital solution to improve public access to dockets and wayfinding.

Mvix deployed a comprehensive digital signage network featuring 13 players and custom integrations that pull real-time data from Tyler Technologies Odyssey and Google Sheets. The solution, which includes interactive wayfinding kiosks and informational displays, significantly improved public navigation and operational efficiency, reducing confusion and providing a more modern, transparent courthouse experience.
