The YMCA of the Rockies faced the challenge of sharing timely, location-specific program and activity information across two conference center campuses (Estes Park and Snow Mountain Ranch) with 13 displays while moving beyond a manual USB/PowerPoint approach. They needed remote management, multi-user access, scheduling, and richer content delivery. Mvix Digital Signage (using Xhibit HD players and the XhibitSignage CMS with content integrations) was selected to provide a professional, networked communications platform.
Mvix Digital Signage installed a 13-point digital signage network with Xhibit HD content players, XhibitSignage CMS, and integrations for YouTube, event listings, weather, RSS and emergency alerts, enabling remote updates, advanced scheduling and collaborative administration. The solution streamlined staff communications, improved visibility of events, led to increased inquiries and higher enrollment in programs, and provided a reliable channel for emergency messaging — outcomes the YMCA of the Rockies plans to build on.
