Digital Signage Enhances Communication with Parents and Kids at a Family Entertainment Center

Home Technology Experts (HTE), a custom residential and commercial integrator, partnered with Mvix Digital Signage to replace static posters at Billy Beez, a children’s indoor entertainment park with seven North American locations and more than 17,000 sq ft of play space per site. HTE’s challenge was to deliver unobtrusive, eye-catching communications that reach both tech‑savvy kids and their parents across large, high‑traffic areas while eliminating the confusion and inefficiency of bulletin boards and printed signage.

HTE deployed Mvix Digital Signage’s cloud‑based CMS (HTML5 playback, playlist/template management, multi‑role user controls and scheduling) to power screens in admissions, cafés and party rooms, displaying announcements, party info, menus, promotions, safety/dress codes and entertaining content. The Mvix Digital Signage solution enabled remote content updates across all seven locations, improved guest engagement with large, clear messaging, streamlined operations, and eliminated recurring fees—delivering faster ROI and measurable improvements in communication efficiency.
