Avesta Communities selects Mvix to Power its National Digital Signage Network

Avesta Communities partnered with Mvix Digital Signage to deploy dedicated employee communication displays across its 39 community locations in Texas and Florida. Avesta’s challenge was to replace weekly email reports with a single, easy-to-manage solution (XhibitSignage with 40 Xhibit HD content players) that would surface real-time performance metrics, enable short-term predictions, and promote healthy competition and team cohesion.

Mvix Digital Signage implemented 40 remotely managed displays integrated with Avesta’s intranet, social feeds, weather, and video, delivering daily occupancy, tours, applications, and ticket metrics alongside employee recognitions. The network improved real-time responsiveness and transparency, enhanced quarterly competitions, and drove measurable gains in employee productivity, engagement, job satisfaction and event attendance, all centrally managed from Avesta’s Tampa headquarters.
