Stangen, part of King Price Financial Services, is a South African life insurer offering inclusive life insurance products. In 2018, Stangen partnered with MVF to increase the number of long-term on-book customers for its policies, with a particular focus on attracting customers who would support stronger retention and long-term market position.

MVF used its account management and lead generation expertise to understand Stangen’s business drivers and deliver highly targeted marketing campaigns. After a two-month trial, Stangen scaled the partnership significantly, with MVF growing from less than 1% of purchased lead volume to over 60%; monthly lead volumes increased from around 650 to up to 7,500 over two years, while MVF also helped reduce costs during COVID-19 and is now supporting new conversion tactics and product launches.
