The Virginia Forestry Association faced difficulty engaging members in legislative initiatives and measuring the impact of their outreach. Muster implemented a campaign platform and complete analytics reporting that enabled VFA members to contact legislators directly—resulting in over 1,400 emails sent during the general assembly—and helped the association successfully advocate on critical fiscal legislation. Muster’s reporting also let the VFA government affairs team identify top supporters, report outcomes to the Board, and make data-driven decisions that increased member engagement.
