The solution was an inclusive leadership program that utilized Mursion's virtual reality simulations. These simulations provided leaders with a psychologically safe environment to practice difficult conversations with avatars, such as addressing microaggressions. The results were significant, with approximately 82% of leaders saying the Mursion-powered program elevated their commitment to inclusion and 90% feeling more engaged and better equipped to support their teams, cementing the learnings for long-term behavioral change.
