Houston-based Petroleum Provider partnered with Murray Resources, a staffing solutions firm, after struggling with high turnover in several key departments and an inconsistent hiring process. Different hiring managers were using multiple agencies to source candidates, creating disorganization and making it difficult to build a reliable, efficient staffing approach.

Murray Resources met with the company’s President and hiring managers to understand strategic goals and hiring needs, then completed employee skills assessments to identify the capabilities of top performers. As a result, Murray Resources was named the company’s Strategic HR Partner and was asked to fill 25 positions over the first three years, including engineers, HSE managers, administrative assistants, and customer service representatives.
