Early collaboration relied on dropping files into an IM box, a tedious process that threatened their ability to scale. McBeard Media adopted Mural’s visual collaboration platform to centralize and speed up how teams share ideas and materials.
Using Mural, McBeard Media created moodboards and real‑time digital sessions that let designers, cross‑functional teams, and clients see work visually, communicate intent faster, and stay in sync across locations. Mural became a foundational tool for the company, enabling collaboration at scale across their 150‑person remote workforce, streamlining client reviews, and reducing the need for lengthy phone- and email‑based explanations.
