Transforming Customer Experience

Capco Digital, a design-led team that drives end-to-end digital transformation for financial services, needed to move from traditional in-person design thinking workshops to fully digital sessions while coordinating more than 40 stakeholders across offices in India, Hong Kong, Japan, London, Uruguay and Hungary over a three-month engagement. To avoid collaboration chaos, travel costs and delays, Capco selected MURAL as its centralized digital workspace and project hub to run global workshops and keep participants engaged.

Using MURAL, Capco ran a series of linked, customized murals with pre‑selected breakout groups, timed facilitation, voting and visual synthesis so ideas flowed seamlessly between sessions and teams. The approach cut travel and post‑workshop transcription overhead, improved stakeholder alignment and real‑time decision making, and shortened project timelines — with MURAL becoming Capco’s creative system of record for distributed collaboration.
